My stay was nice here. Sensational breakfast selection with hot omelettes, everyone could find their favorite food.

Twin/double room I stayed at was soundproof with twin beds. The staff was very friendly and extremely helpful, really made a difference to my new year.

The bed of mine was not very comfortable.

I had double room with windows overlooking courtyard and very comfy bed. The staff was incredibly kind and amazingly nice and responsive to requests.

Everything was great, courteous staff, excellent location close to the Istanbul Old City and Istanbul. Soundproof room and huge, with a mini bar fridge, climate control, and an individual safe. The views over street.

I stayed in this exceptional hotel for 3 days, had very very good experience, truly enjoyed its convenient location near the Crowne Plaza, the guest relations supervisor and the concierge. Twin/double room with king size bed, had essentials required. Essentials that you need, such as a mini bar fridge, climate control, and an individual safe, were there.

I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The location was great, with easy access to a tram station that can take you to major tourist attractions in less than 20 minutes. The hotel facilities were fantastic, including a swimming pool, spa, sauna, and Hamam bath. The cleanliness of the rooms was impeccable, and the breakfast spread was massive with plenty of options to choose from. The staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful, particularly Burak and his team at the concierge. Special mention to Fatima from the concierge team who went above and beyond in booking tours, restaurants, and giving advice on places to see and things to eat. They truly made me feel extra special during my stay.

I like the design of the hotel. You feel the class. Good variety in breakfast. Friendly room service.

This hotel is not suitable for family with young kids as it has a few stairs with no ramps at all. The concierge staff at the door will never offer help with the strolleys or even your shopping bags which was disheartening. The location is not great either. you are surrounded with loads of shops but they are 90% for wholesale. Also, there's almost no decent restaurants nearby. The reception staff as well as the staff at the breakfast area are not friendly at all and never smiles.
